Here's what's cookin for Valentines Day! Roast Beef, Salmon with Pasta, Carrot Cupcakes

Valentines Day is next week and the advertisements for flowers, jewelry and cards are flooding the airwaves and the web. If you’re feeling like hanging out at home or if you don’t have the money in your budget to dine out, here are a few of my favorite recipes that are simple yet delicious.

For most candy, flowers and gifts are always welcome but a meal prepared with love is a sure winner whether it is for Valentines Day or any day.

If you are looking for a beef dish, Prime Rib with my special herb rub is always a hit.

Another great beef dish where you can use the least expensive cut of beef, toss it into the crock so it will be ready in time for dinner and will feed the entire family is my recipe for Savory Slow cooked roast beef.

Or do you prefer a meal on the lighter side, here is my crust-less quiche starter or main entrée.

In the mood for pasta, try this grilled salmon and pasta recipe.

As for desert, carrot cake or cupcakes will be sure to satisfy anyone’s sweet cravings

Whether you prepare a special meal at home or dine out, take the time to enjoy those you love, or why not treat yourself!

Happy Valentines Day!

Cook something! Cheers! Kary~
