Sour Dough Toast with Pesto, Tomato and Goat Cheese

Who doesn’t love sour dough bread, pesto, goat cheese and vine ripe tomatoes?
I lightly spread pesto on a slice of bread, top with tomato and goat cheese (my pesto recipe posted 1/26/11), broil for 2 to 3 minutes, monitor closely so you don’t burn the bread.
Delicious with as a snack salad, an appetizer, with salad or pasta. Enjoy!

Visit your local farmers market for fresh organic ingredients.

Just cook something!

  1. Kary-do you have a good pesto recipe? Ones I've tried are too "green" for me.
