Chunky Guacamole recipe; any day is a good day for
homemade guacamole, tortilla chips and an icy cold beverage! Enjoy~ Salud~
Ingredients:
•
4 large avocados

Cut in half, remove pit and scoop out avocado
•
½ Red onion, diced
•
1 Tablespoon of lime juice or juice from one fresh
lime
•
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
•
2 Medium tomatoes diced
•
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro
•
1 Teaspoon cumin, dried (you can omit if you do not have any in your
pantry)
•
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
–
Fresh Jalapeño peppers are preferred, but are not always available so I use cayenne pepper
•
Salt and black pepper to taste
•
In large mixing bowl diced avocado, red onion,
lime juice, garlic powder, tomato, cilantro and cayenne pepper
•
Use a spatula to gently mix the ingredients
•
Add salt and black pepper to taste, Make it your own kinda spicy!
Grab
your favorite tortilla chips, a cold beverage. Just cook something! Cheers! Kary~
