 Today’s blog is for our princess Brenda Lee, soon to be mom, well not till November but we are sooo excited. Brenda wanted to know if I had a recipe for ground turkey, other than a turkey burger.

So many choices, If you looking for Mexican dishes ground turkey can be used as filler for enchilada’s, tacos or burritos.

Here are several recipes you can use ground turkey with:

Elaine’s Enchilada’s You can use ground or roasted turkey I omit the sour cream, maybe a dollop on top to reduce the fat content

Chili, Turkey loaf, Turkey Burgers, Taco Salad
